A Mechanical Engineer who transformed into a carpenter and educator, Vaibhav's journey reflects the very spirit of hands-on, fearless experimentation. He has led the organization through remarkable milestones, including the delivery of over one million face shields in just 49 days during the COVID-19 pandemic.
